Hybrid Services

Updated August 15, 2022: The City of Austin’s Community-Level Risk is currently MEDIUM. We have transitioned to offering both virtual and in-person options for many of our services. Please read below for further details.

Individual Counseling

For clients who have already completed our screening process and are currently on our counseling waitlist, we are offering spots for in-person counseling services as long as the City of Austin remains at a low level or medium level of risk. Please note at this time, it can take approximately 3 - 4 months from the time you request a counseling screening to when you are placed with a counselor.

Spots for in-person counseling will be considered upon request. When offered a spot for in-person counseling, clients or parents/guardians will be required to sign a consent for in-person counseling, which you can review HERE.

Clinical Support Groups

Our Transgender Wellness Support Group will continue to be offered virtually at 6:00 PM on Tuesdays.

We are offering our Caregiver Support Group virtually. Find more information here.

Food and Hygiene Program

We will continue to provide food, hygiene products, gender-affirming items, and more through our Food & Hygiene Program. This service will remain on a curbside pickup and contactless pickup model. Find more information about this program HERE.
