How to Host a Third Party Fundraiser for Out Youth
Thank you for wanting to support Out Youth by hosting a third party fundraiser.
Decide what kind of event you would like to have.
Pick a date, time, and place.
Promote the event
We suggest making an event page on Eventbrite or Facebook that you can send out to your friends / family
If you would like to have an Out Youth staff at your event please contact the Out Youth Development Coordinator.
We ask that you let us know at least two weeks in advance so that we can schedule to be there. We are only a staff of nine with ever changing schedules so the more notice the better.
If you would like Out Youth swag (shirts, pens, pins, stickers, etc) please let us know
During the Event
Tell your guests what Out Youth does and where their money is going.
Let them know why you support us.
Encourage your guests to become monthly donors and attend our events.
Take photos and post about the event and be sure to tag us in the photos and comments.
We would love to include you in our newsletter and social media posts.
Once all the funds are collected there are you few different ways how to get the money to Out Youth.
