Become a Programs Volunteer

Programs Volunteers serve the youth directly by attending program events for our youth.

The Programs Volunteer position is highly competitive and requires a:

  • Additional application process

  • Interview and approval from the Programs Manager

  • Current background check

  • 2-hour in-person training

Programs Volunteers must also:

  • Have no connection to a current youth client who attends program events.

  • Be at least 23 years old or older to volunteer with our Pre-Teen (ages 9-12) and Teen (ages 13-17) programs.

  • Be at least 25 years old or older to volunteer with our Young Adult (ages 18-23) program.

Time Commitment Expectations

Accepted volunteers are expected to commit to a year of service with a minimum of volunteering once a month.
