Growing up can be difficult - growing up a gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender (GLBT) youth can be overwhelming. It is important that those of us who have been there support this generation as we want them to grow into healthy adults with strong self-images. We want our future leaders to create a more accepting and loving world. Let this be our legacy.

Many GLBT youth explore their sexual identity in the midst of cruel outside influences. Some experience rejection from their family and friends. The feelings of isolation can lead to drinking or drug problems, or worse, even suicide. Out Youth provides a support system for Central Texas GLBT youth and a place they can go to hangout and make friends in a safe place that is alcohol and drug free. Out Youth's programs include counseling, peer support groups, educational programs and community education. Out Youth is working with area schools to make sure all students know about our services but these programs cost money.

Our monthly donors help ensure the stability of Out Youth and guarantee that our youth will have a safe place to fearlessly be themselves. This monthly income is our most reliable and consistent form of funding and is critical to our growth and success.

There are three ways to become a monthly donor:

1. Authorize a monthly draft of $25 or more from your bank account. Our bank drafts are highly secure and appear on your monthly statement.
2. Authorize an automatic monthly charge of $25 or more to your Visa or MasterCard.
3. Pledge to mail in a check of $25 or more each month.
